My research focuses on the effects of biodiversity on ecosystem functioning. Specifically, I'm studying the effects of crustacean interspecific diversity (species diversity) and intraspecific diversity (genomic diversity) on organic matter decomposition, which is defined as a key function in freshwater ecosystems.
